Documenting a Legacy

January what's an amazing designer, with great attention to detail, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He brought my vision to life, allowing my family, to celebrate the legacy that my grandmother created In the style be fitting such a dynamic woman. The acrylic sign was used to display our family tree at the entrance of our service. it became the highlight and the aspect that is continually spoken of in high regard. Several family members have requested to have additional signs made for them to have their own home. Once the new legacies are born, I'll update tree and purchase more.

The sign came in and it is the correct size but the design is not even close to what i ordered. I was very careful when looking ove the preview to make sure everything was correct on my end. The final product arrived today and the text/logo is ruined. The white text and logo have been distorted with some weird centered stroke of gray/silver that distorts all of the text and logos doubling them or making them blurry. I would never display this. I am now incredibly nervous about my other orders. This product is for a bridal show that i fear i'm going to have to drop out of/lose my money on now that my products are showing up looking so terrible. I have no idea how this ever got passed QA
